An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedChecking the rules doesn't always help. The commish can change them.

The Hand Cuff concept of drafting is to get the back-up players for your RBs. Fantasy Football players have been using it forever, and they have been rewarded for it because RBs are frequently injured.
The only fair way to put a cap on the number of RBs that a team drafts is to enforce a rule against the NFL that prohibits RBs from being injured. I want to see how far that rule goes.
An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedSome players have a history of injury problems. For example, RB McFadden.
If I have him on my team, I automatically assume that I need an extra RB on my bench from what I would need if I had RB Jamaal Charles.
Limiting the number of RBs that I can have on my bench means that I need to avoid drafting a really good player such as McFadden. An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedI agree with what JK wrote below (dated Oct.11).

An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedI've read many ideas in these suggestion pages which would make a league "distinctive." Good ideas include giving a bonus to special teams (DEFs) which recover an on-side kick, adding punters, giving extra credit to 60+ yard FGs, changing a few of the scoring categories to equations, having every team play every team each week instead of just one team per week, and giving a bonus to DEFs which hold an opponent to less than 50 yards (or 100 yards) offense.
Every one of those ideas sounds more useful to me than giving a bonus point for making a first down. I'd rather see yards gained become worth more than giving a bonus for making a first down.An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedKlondike should receive a medal for posting a comment which contains ****, and I should also.
An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedActually, J.K. is probably right about making it an equation, as we do with yardage gained by QBs, RBs, WRs, & TEs.
An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedWhy start with <100 yards?
Why not start with <50 yards?
It rarely happens, but it should be valuable when it does happen. An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedThe stats on punters are easily available already. So, they should be easy enough to add.
I'd expect some value for length of punt plus some value for punts inside the 20 and some subtraction for blocked punts. -

An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedYep -- Leave it to an Arts guy/gal to know the truth,
"Those that are happy and actually like the new format won't be providing any feedback because they are, in fact, contempt."
.
I believe that one. They are "in fact, contempt."
.Please, Yahoo, don't be "contempt."
Please return to us the features that we miss from the old Fantasy Football. An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedDoes "just did In" mean that you killed it?

An error occurred while saving the comment James commentedThe league commish can make changes to the league's "settings" -- but changing the rules after the draft should NOT happen.
If they are hoarding QBs, then they are lacking subs at other positions.
So, are you using 2QBs, but just 1 K & DEF ?
That problem is easy to solve -- use 2 Ks & 2 DEFs.
