An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Houser commentedHere are two fixes:
1) refresh the page. It works with Firefox browser.
2) Also, you can copy a "return" from another email or in a Word document, then paste that into your email.Tom Houser supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Houser commentedMe too! I have discovered that if a refresh the page, it's fixed. For a little while. I thought it was a Firefox thing, but it's not. It's a Yahoo bug.
Alternate fix: copy a "return" and paste it several times. Then you'll have to use the down arrow key to go to the next paragraph, b/c the copy/paste doesn't fix the issue. It's just a way around the issue. (You can find this return at the end of any email paragraph or at the end of a Word document paragraph.)

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Houser commentedHow about getting rid of Archive completely. What's it for, anyway? A wasted space, and Yahoo doesn't allow me to delete it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Houser commentedOH MY GOSH YES!!!
Great comment!!How about if Yahoo also gave us more than 6 results when we search for someone. I have around 10,000 contacts. when I search for a zip code or a last name, I get 6 results. That's ridiculous.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Houser commentedSorting contact by last names should be the default, NOT by first names.
And it's been about 5 years since Yahoo messed up the contact lists and the lists haven't been alphabetical. I have about 150 lists.....and they are in random order. That's insane! Customer service says, "We can't fix that." WHAT??? I don't believe that. What other email service can't alphabetize their customer's contact lists. Really.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Houser commentedI thought it was just me. It works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the return button doesn't function in the body of an email. Do you have that happen? Then sometimes it does. So odd.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Houser commented5 maybe 10 years ago, Yahoo did this. But, they do **** on their own, with no user feedback whatsoever. And the EASY fixes, they don't even attempt. I asked one time, "I need my lists alphabetized," and was told, "We can't do that." WHAT?!?!?!?!?! Are you serious? Then why did you change it from what worked great, to what doesn't work???? Idiots.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Houser commentedGetting about 30/day, almost none are getting to my inbox. But.....gosh..... Kohl's, new iphone, WalMart, Yahoo, etc. day after day after day. Isn't there SOME kind of algorithm that can stop this garbage.
