1. Yahoo used to have a "fix duplicates" option that, while it wasn't perfect, it did actually work. It was a beta program and now I can't find it...using the updated "Basic Mail" or the newest version. Can you please bring that back? Switching phones over the years has created duplicate contacts (sometimes even FOUR!!)
2. This feedback forum is asking me to sign into Yahoo, when I'm already signed in.
3. When clicking on a single contact, I now have to choose Edit/Delete (where before I could do either when just opening the Contact), and the Edit function doesn't also have the option to delete, which is an unnecessary step.
Because of all of the duplication, I now have almost 2,400 contacts so this extra step is extreeemely frustrating, inefficient and time consuming.
Yes, we STILL need the Block Domains feature... because I keep getting spam from the same sites... just 20 different email addresses. Uggh.
We also just plain need the BLOCK option from the Spam folder as we have in the 'old mail.' Until/unless this is done, I will simply stick with the 'old mail.' It's incredibly frustrating to me, the lack of Yahoo's attention to this.
We have been asking for the Block function and feature FOR 2 FREAKING YEARS. Sigh.
Count me in on this one. It's extremely frustrating to only be able to block spam by address. Then the companies simply create (or already have 8 or 10) new addresses, because they know it easily gets around the spam filters.
And before the new Yahoo Mail, I'd maybe get 4 or 5 a day. Now I get over 100 spam emails/day. Yes really. That's absolutely ridiculous.
Agreed. I don't remember what it was before, but it's incredibly inefficient to have to open up the email, click on a contact's name from the email, and then select the text to copy. Then open up the Contact, and paste it in there. Omg.
I know it didn't used to be this hard.
