    I have no confidence that anyone can fix Yahoo given the untested programming and dire funding status. If I were working there and had marketable skills, I'd be marketing the skills.

    I'd start a list of what works on YaHell but it would be blank. When you don't fix this, Don't fix the inability to delete members and photos. Also don't fix drag & drop in email and don't fix the Gibberish from rich text that goes to Group Digest members. Do as you usually do and investigate this problem before deleting the idea.

    I don't know anything about programming so can I come to work for YaHell as a Sr. Programmer?

    Yahoo has been reviewing ways to improve the security of our member accounts, eliminate abuse and reduce the time needed to recover a password. Mobile is a secure way to solve all 3 of these issues.

    We will never use mobile numbers for anything other than verification purposes and share this personal data with other companies.

    We’re currently testing our registration page and will provide updates.

    For all of us who don't have or don't want to share our cell phones, look into Facebook for a group similar to what you have. The participation in my YaHell Groups has dwindled to almost nothing so I looked on Facebook and guess what? There are similar groups, very active and the same people. I don't like the way Facebook works but it does work, unlike all of the BS with YaHell Groups. I'm getting to find my way around.

    @Jennifer - I'll add to Shal's good advice. Everyone in your group that has posting privileges has to switch to the << Plain Text or Basic Mail or they will post the gibberish. Yahoo has a Rich Text mail problem that they apparently can't fix.

    Switch the members who use Digest Delivery to Individual Emails or Special Messages. In Special Messages, they can read & respond to the emails on the Yahoo Group Homepage.

    You and your members can switch from Yahoo to another mail service provider and add the account to their group membership as the delivery point.

    Move your group to FaceBook or somewhere else. None of the group replacements have all of the features of Yahoo Groups but they work.

    None of these are perfect because they require some work on the part of the members but without doing this, the Digest members will have to live with the gibberish.

    Hey David A., If they move it to Groups, they don't bother to fix it, they just ponder and then delete. A truly great system of NO customer support

    To fix this error, I've encouraged members to add a gmail account to their group membership & select that as their delivery email and the problems go away. This is a combined problem with Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Groups. I've had it occur when I posted a new email to a group and with replies. I'm not sure what causes it but group members on Digest Mode end up with a much longer email and it makes it confusing.
