Rid yahoo answers of trolls
Donald Jones commented
All trolls are anti Trump people. All they do is call names and call Trump supporters liars and report them for “lying” when they disagree with the liberal narrative

Yahoo! should open (or relabel) a section and call it "Trolling".
Allow Level 7s to move questions to the new Trolling section (nowhere else).
A couple living, flesh and blood mods would review the questions in the Trolling section, and either delete them or return them to the place they were posted.
Troll questions would disappear quickly, before they could have the desired effect. Before long, most of them wouldn't be posted in the first place.
Yahoo! could solve the problem of troll questions fairly inexpensively, if they want to.

I "get" that trolls add hits to the site.......but when a user -(stalker Pest) is suspended over and over and over and over again, and then just is allowed to make 20 new fake accounts.....and keep right on trolling......then what is the POINT of suspension? Yahoo needs to accept that there are users here , that have NO INTENTION of following your rules and TOS Guidelines and break them ***AT WILL***.---with GLEE.....for the purpose of CAUSING havoc here. There has to be a limit on how many chances you give a user here, and after that.......they should be permanently, FOREVER banned........instead of being allowed back 5 minutes later, every time.
The user Ninefinger has been suspended COUNTLESS times....and he's still posting and causing trouble and spreading lies about other users. WHY is that allowed to continue, when it's crystal clear he has zero intention of obeying the rules here?
great suggestion, but meaningless without suggestions on HOW. Is there a way that doesn't cost Verizon money?
@ clo bird: WHERE did you complain? The answers-team was disbanded

No, the trolls make the website fun!

I have repeatedly complained about a large group of trolls, giving proof of their antics. Sometimes a question or an account is moved. Answers has been informed about these many, multi-account holding trouble-makers for over a decade now.

Also, remember that a troll is not someone who has a different viewpoint to you.

I fear if Yahoo Answers were to eliminate all trolls there would be no one left posting questions or answers. Seems like it would be easier to burn the place to the ground and rebuild from the ashes.
