Toilet John's questions: 1)What type of lube should I use to prepare for God's wrath on judgment day? 2)Was Jesus anally sodomized during the Crucifixion?

I gave up on reading your bias articles long before you dismantled the comment section, one of the only reasons I came here read your articles in the first place. Free speech seems to have become a thing of the past. You have just silenced half the country, I hope you know that. . .

Yahoo's cancellation of comments is pure chicken ****. Yes, I have seen some blatant attacks, but for the most part, the comments reflect what people think. Articles on Yahoo are mediocre and the comments provide some relevant value.

I REALLY, REALLY would like you to bring back comments. I realize that in a constitutional republic which we have, some may say things that are irritating to others, yet our first amendment right to voice our opinions is paramount. I am frustrated that you will not allow us to post comments that show our involvement in our society and its institutions, of which Yahoo is one. I am surprised that no one has seriously challenged you on this.

there are articles that beg to be commented on. People expressing themselves or agreeing or disagreeing is what makes an article. If you don't get comments then you are losing feedback on what is important to those that read your articles. I can get news by watching TV so if you continue to block comments then perhaps its time to stop reading your stuff.

Please bring back the ability to comment on articles.

please bring back comments to the general daily news aggregate board.
Who decided to do away with the comments option, and why did they do so? I don't want rumors or speculation; I want the person(s) that did it to explain their reasoning, and then I want to discuss it. This is the kind of interaction I was previously able to engage in before the comment option was taken away. Thumbs ups and downs are totally meaningless.

I do not believe that allowing the American people to comment will destroy the truth. We must be able to discuss our differences to even understand how other people feel and think. That is if you care and only one narrative matters. Shame on MSN for taking away our voice years ago and I left them. I believed Yahoo stood on higher ground but apparently all can be deluded.

Well at least I can comment here. Been on your site since 2008 to find out I can't answer any of the questions. And I know my rank is more than high enough.

Please return comments. Sometimes it can be helpful to ask for more detailed insights to certain questions.
Monitor replies by all means and block people who misuse them, but they're so useful.
Bring back comments, please

Don't like being censored and not being able to comment. What's the use of reading "articles" if you can't comment?
