Bring back comments under answers
The comments boxes haven't always been full of joy and enlightenment, but it's a way for people to discuss and improve the answers they leave. They've been there for 13 years, and for Yahoo to simply remove them is dumb.

Instead of Yahoo Comments, go to foxnews.com to freely join the conversation. Foxnews.com has an easy login, ability to like/dislike comments, follow commenters. Even easier, just go to settings and add foxnews.com to your list of start pages. Apparently, foxnews is not afraid of constructive feedback on stories, lively discussion, humorous snarky comments, and enlightening banter.

Sad to see an invitation to add to a discussion at the bottom of a comment in "Answers" and click on it to do so and nothing happens.... Seriously?!

Comments were the last good thing about answers. Yahoo seemed to have year by year taken anything joyful away

People abuse the questions, answers, comments and reporting, not to mention the appeal process is arbitrary, However, the commenting allows people to add insights and potentially discuss answers. If anything should be removed, it is the anonymous and blocking features.

No, comments haven't been there for 13 years. They were only added a few years ago. Comments were massively abused, like many other features. Used to attack and insult individuals. Used to get around being blocked by someone who posted a question.
