Hello, I recently reset my phone from the factory, and on my phone I had an email account with "Account key" and now when I want to go through the email, I can not just say no. If I enter the email on my browser I have to be asked and I can not get it because I do not have it in the phone by email. The phone number I have on the old email I can not find anymore. Please help me I need my old email account I have a lot of important things on it. Thank you
