A group of people went into auction and buy items. They are not willing to pay by credit card but immediate pay by bank remittance. They will send a fake bank email to seller and say money is on hold until they supply the courier tracking number or receipt then they will proceed payment. After you sent out item, they will notice you that remittance amount is below bank requirement thus buyer paid additionalk money to you and request for the refund of the additional amount by Western Union. At the same time, another fake bank email will send to you mentioned that whole amount is on hold until you provide the receipt by Western Union. I have report to police and they advised that they received many of these kind of reports, some victims reported after they said two or three times money through Western Union. I do hope Yahoo could announce this on the main page of Auction in order to prevent such happen again and reduce number victim.
