而家當睇PDF文件附件嘅時候,係變咗一個圖像.放大嘅時候會非常朦朧,而且不能夠選擇或者搜尋入邊所有的文字,非常之唔方便.

切換帳號
我好多年來都使用motorunion@yahoo.com.hk的帳號，但是在更換電腦後，Yahoo Gmail則設定為Gmail的帳號，我嘗試了好多次，都無法變更為motorunion@yahoo.com.hk的帳號來接發郵件，所以請在Gmail 中提供一個切換使用帳號的按鍵，方便使用。謝謝！

payed version : your android and web version
Your Mail app on Android is not the same as the web version. I only found out after subscribing to the phone version and realizing that certain functions were missing. Later, I discovered that Yahoo Mail Plus on the web is a completely different product.
Yahoo did not provide enough warning—actually, no warning at all—that the two products are not the same. Considering how similar their names are, I believe this misleads users into subscribing to the wrong product.
I am not satisfied with the Android version I subscribed to, and I am very disappointed with Yahoo.

對 Yahoo Mail 新版介面設計的嚴重不滿與改善建議
本人是長期使用 Yahoo Mail 的用戶。近日貴公司全面更新介面，據觀察明顯模仿 Gmail 的佈局與風格，但實際使用體驗卻遠不如舊版清晰與舒適，特此提出正式投訴。
新版主要問題如下：
1. 圖示過小、辨識困難
左側導航列與功能圖示尺寸明顯縮小，尤其在一般螢幕解析度下極難快速辨識，操作效率大幅下降。整體配色過於單調、刺眼
大量使用純白背景，缺乏層次與對比，長時間閱讀郵件容易造成視覺疲勞。舊版的配色相對溫和，資訊層次更分明。介面資訊密度與層次感變差
雖然試圖模仿 Gmail，但實際排版顯得空曠又凌亂，郵件列表的視覺重點不明顯，反而比舊版更難快速掃描重要郵件。
舊版 Yahoo Mail 雖然外觀較為傳統，但功能圖示清楚、配色適中、資訊層次分明，使用起來更為直覺與舒適。新版為了追求「現代化」而犧牲實用性，實在令人遺憾。
懇請貴公司認真考慮以下建議：
1. 恢復或提供可調整的圖示尺寸選項
2. 增加深色模式或可自訂的背景配色
3. 提供「經典版／舊版」切換選項，讓用戶自行選擇希望 Yahoo 能正視長期用戶的實際使用體驗，而非一味追求表面的「類似 Gmail」。期待貴公司盡快改善。

請提供在電郵中刪除「聯絡人」資料方法
請問我如何可以刪除在電郵中「聯絡人」資料,因為也不知做了什麼動作, 匯入了大量姓名及電話, 我嘗試刪除, 但要手動逐一刪除, 唯刪除後又馬上有出現, 即無法完全刪除, 並因有100+以上, 有沒有可以全選刪除。
請提供刪除方法

選取由同一位寄件者寄來的email 的時候，可否能夠增加一個按扭，選擇合資格信件的封數
如看由Mary寄來的email, 在Mary旁邊按'放大鏡'功能，就會列出由Mary寄來的email, 但想選取其所有相關email後，要人手不斷住下拉slide bar，才能逐漸增加可選的email，對於翻查及歸納舊email相當不便，希望相關隊員能新增功能解決，謝謝。

the view of the PDF document in attachment is fucking poor
it is so stupid to make the review of pdf attachment as a picture instead, which make me cannot search the word inside the document. Moreover when I zoom it, all the picture would be so blurry and all the pixel are seen instead of any small print word. The "new" zoom in function for attachment only help making the picture/document larger but just the central part. I cannot move the file/picture to view the peripheral part, which ultimately I only see the blurry central part of the file when I zoom in.
