Spammails von eigener Adresse
Seit 2 Jahren versendet mein Account nun Spammails ohne das ich einen Einfluss darauf habe. Passwortänderungen, Keyacc bringt alles nichts. Kontaktaufnahme zu Yahoo- nicht möglich.
Meine Daten und Kontakte sind nicht sicher demnach. Ich kann aber meine Kontakte nicht einfach löschen und meine Emailadresse aufgeben. Das empfinde ich als wirklich befremdlich!
Vorschlag: Bessere einfachere Hilfleistung bei gehackten Konten.

will there be any tech expert checking on it and trying to fix such stuff, or will customers with issues just be left dissatisfied... cannot find no helpline, no direct "issues mailbox", no online chat and nothing.

I am getting many mailer daemons, especially when sending mails to Ernst&Young and Deutsche bank. Rejection resons are multiple or randon, like address not found (ridiculous), or reputation of sender or whatever. Private mails works with zero issues, also when mailing to many other big companies (eg. daimler.com). Why ist that?
looks like before you even deliver, you flag some of my mails as "potentially spam", which then leads to either direct rejection or eternal spam.
lets see whether yahoo can do better customer service than some competitors... similarly annoying with web.de...
