I have lost my old phone and my account smy930224@yahoo.com.hk needs verification code from my old phone to sign in

Now I have a new phone and I cannot sign into my above-mentioned yahoo account cause I cannot get verification from my old phone

Please let me know the steps that I need to do in order to sign into my yahoo account in my new phone, thanks
