Missing Emails from June 2022 to August 2024
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a serious issue that has not been resolved despite my repeated efforts to seek assistance.
Recently, I discovered that all the emails in my inbox between June 2022 and August 2024 have suddenly disappeared. I thoroughly checked the Trash folder, spam folder, and other folders to ensure I hadn't accidentally moved or deleted them, but unfortunately, I have not had any luck locating them. Additionally, I do not use any third-party applications for accessing my Yahoo Mail account. I only access my account through Yahoo.com on my computer and the official Yahoo Mail app on my mobile device.
I attempted to use the restore feature that Yahoo provides, but it did not help. I have received no response or updates regarding my restore request. I’ve also reached out to Yahoo Customer Care, but the only response I’ve received stated, “These issues occasionally arise when third-party applications, such as the mobile Native app, are used alongside Yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app. The Native app is removing emails from the server.”
This is inaccurate, as I’ve clarified multiple times that I am not using any third-party applications. I am only using the Yahoo website and the Yahoo Mail mobile app. Despite my follow-up messages explaining this, I have not received any further assistance, and my concerns have been ignored.
This issue appears to be a bug or a data-related problem on Yahoo’s side, and I urge you to escalate this matter to your technical support team as soon as possible. The missing emails contain important information, and I need them restored urgently.
Please assist me in resolving this issue and provide an update at your earliest convenience.
