• Context: I have answered to some message (thus beginning a thread). There have been some exchanges, and thus the thread has some length.

• Bug: the very first message in the thread, the one I answered to initiate the thread, is not shown in the beginning of the thread! It is only reachable as an attachement to the second email of the thread (my first answer). This does not happen always, but it is happening with this particular thread. I can provide more data if asked to, but the only peculiarity on this missing email is that it contains html (it is an invoice, with some formatting in it, nothing else). Since there doesn't seem to be any reason for this to happen (it does not happen with the most threads), I consider it a weird bug.

• Supplementary remarks: there is another problem linked to this but. When searching for an string contained in the original message, it is not found. Only the 2nd, 3rd and following emails of the thread are shown as search results (of course because they contain the original message). This behaviour is not correct, so it also is a bug.

• Sightings: the bug appears in the same thread, both in the new version of Yahoo Mail (as of 2019-01-28) and the older one.

• Request: I have taken the time to write this up, so please, come back to me as soon as possible and tell me what is happening, and what you intend to do (which should be fixing the bug or explaining me why this behaviours are correct).
