聯絡人的分組功能如何更改或新增，現在已沒有這功能，只能在發郵件時選取，但又不能更改不能新增，為何愈改愈智障，功能愈來愈沒用，以前的簡單易用，現在連基本的分組都失去，這個問題一整個月仍未解決，美國的雅虎一反映問題很快處理，為何負責香港及台灣的雅虎是那麼久仍未處理好？

Many customers complaint that they cannot receive my company email
My company will send out a service request form automatically to the client. however, most of them replied that they cannot receive it even in the junk mail. My company email address use to send the email is cs@imc-networks.com.hk.
The strange thing is that if I sent to my mail box is normal. Could you help me to check?
