reverting the email account

I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to seek assistance regarding my Yahoo account, which is associated with the email address jasminelau0125@yahoo.com.hk. Unfortunately, my account has been deactivated, and I would like to know the steps necessary to recover it.
When I attempt to log in with the username jasminelau0125 and my existing password, I am automatically redirected to jasminelau0125@yahoo.com. This issue is preventing me from reverting my account in the Life360 app, and I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to regain access to my original email account.
