Many customers complaint that they cannot receive my company email
My company will send out a service request form automatically to the client. however, most of them replied that they cannot receive it even in the junk mail. My company email address use to send the email is cs@imc-networks.com.hk.
The strange thing is that if I sent to my mail box is normal. Could you help me to check?

i note that emails sent to "address guard" CANNOT be received since last night. Are those emails delayed or disappeared altogether? Can I receive them later?

有人 hack 咗我部電腦
本人在 5月8日 2:31am，收到由 （tgrazian@dau.unict.it）電郵地址寄出的信件，內容是他們已 hacked入我的 OS，如我不付錢，便會再 hack 入我的 OS 內，這情況我應怎樣處理？
同時，在4月30日9：56pm，我有一些朋友收到一封由我的電郵地址寄出的一件電郵，但我是沒有寄過這郵件；而在5月6日 5:31am，我就收到一封（Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender）的回郵件，但我真的沒有寄過這封郵件，這樣我又應該怎樣做才是最好呢？謝謝你們的幫忙.17th 排名
