This has been going on forever - just look at all the angry messages about this problem. It used to be easy to get back to the US pages but instead of stopping your stupid paternalistic approach of forcing local pages on everybody in that geographical zone, you made it even more difficult to switch back to what the user wants. This is one way of making yourselves completely obsolete.
