My language of the email suddenly changed from English to Chinese without asking my preference. In my preference setting, the language is still English. Why do Yahoo change the language of the email without asking the customer's preference?

Cannot download the email in Outlook 2010 or MAC recently
Hi Team,
We cannot receive the email via Outlook 2010 or MAC recently and there is no issue on pop3 and SMTP setting and we are able to access the mails via Chrome. It seems the issue related to server setting.
