I recently reported two emails that appeared to come from YAHOO that I felt were scams. I did get a reply saying that they appeared to NOT have come from YAHOO and gave info that it would be handled accordingly. I then got an email asking me to take a survey on how I felt YAHOO handled my report. Since I do not feel comfortable clicking on links within emails, especially since I have had a couple emails that appeared to be from YAHOO that were not, I am answering your request for feedback in this reply.
I am pleased with the way my report of scams was handled and YAHOOs response to my report. Thank you.
