Change your policy regarding content deletion because of “inactivity”
Among other things, I have been using my Yahoo Mail address for my PlayStation Network account for over fifteen years.
I assumed getting my invoices etc. from Sony would be active use.
Now I see that everything was deleted by you.

is mentioned that getting e-mails (not even just newsletters, I mean actual e-mails) isn’t active use.
Besides, you could have easily sent me a SMS or WhatsApp message to inform me of the impending deletion of my account content. You have my verified mobile number.
