17. Imposible recuperar la contraseña, siempre me dice que no puede contener partes de mi nombre o que es insegura. Ponga lo que ponga.

    Usando la función de restaurar mi contraseña me resulta imposible poner otra. Siempre recibo la misma respuesta aunque ponga entre 8 y 32 caracteres, mayúsculas, números y no poniendo ningún carácter ni número de mi nombre. Siempre me pone "contraseña insegura"

    cancele mi cuenta alpe1954@yahoo.es, pero esta viene siendo usada por otra persona o personas y igualmente usa mis contactos, a los que se les envía correos promocionando servicios de brujos, encuestas y otras, generandome reclamos por parte de mis contactos.
