You need to have a more accessible support service. When there are problems, your users don't know who to turn to.

I've been having problems with my Yahoo email account for over 15 years for 3 hours: messages won't load, and I get the following message: "This message could not be loaded." Please, I'm desperate and would like to know what's going on. I can't get through to Yahoo. I can't even reach them in the Yahoo Mail app. Please help! Today is July 24, 2025.
