Yahoo I used to really really like you but you have turned into a **** company. I lost access to my sewbeeitca@yahoo.ca because your protection software was not strong enough to detect hackers. When I phoned you I was told I would have to pay you $80 to regain access to my account. I think that is called extortion. Then you forced me to change my password on my massincaudsusan@yahoo.ca account. I can't use my recovery email addy because you blocked it (see above) If you can't help me get into my massincaudsusan@yahoo.ca account then I will open a new email address with gmail and never use anything to do with yahoo again. You can send recovery information to susanmassincaud@shaw.ca. I had the same password for years and never had a problem with my account until you FORCED me to change it.
