7. Stop deleting my posts for no good reasons.

   I posted a link from the company that this community messages is about. But you deleted it! If your guidelines deem that a news released by the company discussed on this community discussion board is improper, you need to change the guidelines. 8. Go back to finance my portfolios page as it was.

   Today Yahoo changed "My Portfolios" page in finance. It is terrible. Why do you keep messing with email and finance? I get used to yahoo and then the ***** it all up. Such a drag.

9. login waste of time

   why I need to click on "get code" after I selected phone number to receive a code and entered 2 missing digit of the phone number already to login to my account? Why after I enter the code I got an option for fingerprint or passcode before I able to login to my accunt?

10. Why wont the Yahoo page expand to fill larger monitors?

    Why does your Yahoo webpage not utilize the entire screen of the monitor. I have a 27" monitor and all Yahoo pages only fill the center of the screen. There is like 6" of white on either side of the data you show. It does the same thing on larger monitors. Why doesn't your pages scale to use the entire screen space?

11. go back to old yahoo finance, new updated website sucks

    The new split between protfolios vs watchlists is not good. I now have to click around way more just to see different list views. please go back. This is less user friendly, there was no need to make that distinction

12. New Yahoo Finance Display

    Yahoo Finance have just introduced a redesigned layout with three new features
    How my portfolio is doing today, At a glance and Top movers
    Yahoo Finance has to be "live" and up to date so that financial decisions can be made with full price, statistics and financial information.
    So these three additions do have the potential to be useful for investors.
    Unfortunately they have been introduced as "static" information and therefore are immediately out of date and valueless.
    If the three new additions were live, just like the rest of the displayed page, then they would be useful but as a static display they are just adding clutter which has no value to the user.

    Just where do you get your prices, especially the "daily oil prices"???????? Yesterday, it was at $92.00 and today, it's at $89.00 and you are reporting it is UP $0.02. WTF Please remove your heads from your backsides and get this right!!!!!!!!!!!

14. TSP Login Link

    I havent been able to connect my TSP link for over two weeks. It gives me an error every time i try. i can get to the MFA screen but it doesnt finish off on Yahoo's end and gives me a technical error message.

17. been clunking around in the new finance format for the past 2 weeks and it still sucks, even more than before.....

    just about to start looking into Google Finance, sink or swim, or any other format that's customer-friendly (like the old Yahoo format WAS) and doesn't take forever to load anything... Has Yahoo fired the programmers responsible for this nightmare they now call Yahoo Finance? JOKE, the program is now a JOKE!

    Subject: Daily historical price data has been unreliable since late July 2026

    To the Yahoo Finance data team,

    I rely on Yahoo Finance daily historical prices for a portfolio of about 330 exchange-traded funds listed in the United States and Canada. For roughly ten weeks the end-of-day data has been arriving late, arriving empty, or disappearing after it was already published. I am writing to ask that you acknowledge the problem, explain its cause, and tell users when it will be fixed.

    What I have observed

    On the evening of October 2, 2026, at about 8:15 PM Eastern, your chart service returned a bar dated October 2 for 308 of 331 funds in which volume was populated but the open, high, low and close were all null. SPY and QQQ were among them. The 22 funds that did carry a close were nearly all listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, which shows this was a feed problem for US listings, not a market event.

    This is not an isolated night. The same pattern has recurred repeatedly:

    • August 28, 2026: no bar at all for the session for many US funds. One bar that I repaired by hand from another source was later overwritten by a null bar when your feed re-served the day.
    • September 2, 2026: no US bars served for the whole session.
    • September 25, 2026: other users documented that SPY, VOO, BIL and VEA had a close at 5:13 PM Eastern and a null close at 8:41 PM Eastern the same evening.
    • July 24, July 28 and July 31, 2026: whole sessions or the latest bar missing, as reported publicly by other users on the same dates.

    In addition, the fund OILT has returned null daily bars every session since September 22, 2026, while your quote page still shows it trading. The fund RNEW returns "No data found, symbol may be delisted" although it has not been announced as delisted.

    Why this matters

    A null close served for a day that has already closed is worse than a late one. Systems that read your data cannot tell a null from a genuine market closure. When a close is published in the afternoon and then withdrawn in the evening, any process that refreshes after 8 PM Eastern silently loses data it already had. I have had to build guards and a second data source specifically to protect against your feed, and I am aware of several other users who have done the same.

    What I am asking for

    1. Confirm whether your end-of-day history is rebuilt nightly, and if so, publish the time window during which the latest bar should not be relied upon.
    2. Stop serving a bar with volume but no prices. Either serve the complete bar or omit the day until it is complete.
    3. Publish a status page or notice for data incidents, so users do not have to discover missing sessions one by one.
    4. Repair the gaps for August 28 and September 2, 2026 wherever they still exist, and fix the OILT and RNEW records.

    I would appreciate a reply that addresses these points rather than a generic acknowledgement. I am happy to supply the full list of affected symbols and timestamps.
