My wife had open an email account for my daughter with yahoo mail. But now it won’t let her login. When she asked for a password change it listed a unknown phone number from out of country and won’t send her a verification number. When she emailed the email address she set up, what came up was a bunch of gibberish like scripts. Is there a way to close that email account because it has personal information like name, address and birthday.(asy12@yahoo.com)

My husband had Yahoo mail for years. Now as he has a different phone and no alternate email address he cannot access his account. I would think there should be a recovery question or someway to get into it

I don't want to change my password but after few weeks you force me to change my email password. I can't access my email till I change my email password. Therefore don't force me to change it on regular basis. It is very difficult to remember it again and again.

Please do not limit me in what I should use the password for my account. I can never use my accounts normally until you let me enter the password that I want, and the one that you think is correct.
