  3. Make manager available to the public

    How is it possible that you guys are here to service a customer but when you’re asked to provide a manager to support the customer he’s unavailable. That is just absolutely ridiculous and you have a representative by the name of Juan that works for you That is extremely rude and he is in the cancellation department. He personally indicated to me over the phone that he is not here to help the customer only to cancel accounts. Which is absolutely ridiculous considering that every business revolves around customer service. I would like a manager to call me back immediately.!!!

  4. International Zip Codes with 4 numbers!

    Hi, i have Yahoo account since > ten years. In Switzerland we have zip codes with four numbers. Unfortunately, I cannot use my new credit card to pay the annual fee since the zip code is not accepted any more!!!! Please fix this bug. Otherwise I will loose my account. Thank you! Verena

  5. Stop carrying adds for obviously criminal enterprises.

    There is an add on my front page advertising For ‘Guitar Shop’ advertising Taylor Guitars under $100. This is a well known scam and should not be aided and abetted by Yahoo.

    y do you allow sexually explicit messages;, there’s no setting that allows us to block them completely, but you could make the people producing them “opt in” instead of making us try to find a way to avoid them

  10. Lost phone number.

    I'm locked out of my email since I don't own my old SIM card anymore and there's no way to recover my account. There's no free customer support and I'm not willing to pay $5 just to be told that they cant do anything.

  13. Which Subject, Topic, Category or Option for enqiry about Data Download

    None that I could see, nor anything close found with Help Search.
    How do I find out why my Data Download requests are being cancelled after I get an email saying they are in progress.
    I thought that maybe the Chat Assistant might be the place for answers not in the FAQ or given topic lists, but I was wrong.
    Overall Help structure and option trees seem to be quite limited, with no obvious route to search beyond the limited choices shown, or is that all there is. If so it is not exactly comprehensive.

    I request to download my data, I get status that this is being processed, i get email telling me it is being processed and will notify when ready. Then, less than an hour later I get another email telling me the data download is cancelled. Why? No reason or explanation given. Try again to initiate a Data Download, same result. And a 3rd time, fails again. Why?? It would be nice to know the reason for the download being cancelled. Is this a temporary glitch or a permanent fail, should I try again in a little while or is it…

  15. Chat Assistant totally fails the Turing Test

    Chat assistant, and general help page layout fail to lead towards anything helpful. Just loop through the same limited options. Frustrating experience that made me mutter some very rude words and waste a lot of time. Chat Assistant needs a larger vocabulary of Keywords to identify the enquiry being made, and a larger selection of Options to offer, including "Non of the above", or "Other" to break out of a loop and try to find another branch of its obviously very limited response/decision tree.

  16. Please turn OFF your Pop Over Ads.....

    Every time I refresh a page or go to a new page....a pop over ad appears....turn it off....it's annoying and I don't care about them. I'm what you would call a "super affiliate" and know all about these annoying ads of all sorts......pop overs are the worst & will irritate your users the most.

  18. Your help site is the worst!!

    I’ve spent the last hour trying to figure out why I can’t reset my password. I’ve tried to talk to the robot and he keeps trying to get me to call you all, but I don’t wanna subscribe and pay 4.99$! I the password reset center keeps say “uh oh try again later” and I don’t know what to do so if anyone can help me please do since Yahoo! Is incapable of helping me! And I’m using one of My other account to post this but the one that’s locked I need help with!

  20. WHERE ARE MY E-MAILS???

    YAHOO deleted my emails. I had just went through them around October 2020. Every one of them were deleted, WHY??? Not in one account but 2 of them. I have critical information concerning accounts and now, nothing?? Someone better explain real soon. I need my data back immediately!
