2. Major improvement on sign in.

   The sign in is terrible! The only person who is ever locked out is me. Every phishing email seems to make it through just fine. And they dont have my ****** sign in info. weird. Its almost like this is completely inefficient as well as insecure. It doesnt save any time linking my password to norton vault either. what happened? this used to be smooth. Now im back to typing in and memorizing or writing down my password. Youve gone backwards from what i can see. No need to make it so complex. Youre not secured anyway!

    I need access to my old account, but I am past the 30-day limit. However, I am also unable to reach out to actual support, and the bot runs in circles with unhelpful information. All I wanted was to speak with a person so I could potentially access my recovery account for my old social media page. 20. Fix your algorithm for monitoring community guidelines

    You use an algorithm to enforce community guidelines in the comments sections for news. It is basically censorship and it is used way too strictly. You have it set so that certain words no matter what the context is, cannot be used. I've seen it where there were words in the headlines whose use was prohibited when commenting.

    It's horrible and it's not treating people with respect or as mature adults. We're not children, ya know, but that's how you are treating adults. It's disgraceful.
