12. have someone we can speak to

    Maybe, just maybe, it would be nice to speak to a customer support advisor. The help site is for vague issues, there is a chat bot that says would you like to speak to someone and then it says there is no one available. Don't suggest it then! I am infuriated. I just need help on how to restore my calendar and there is nothing.

13. filtering doesn't work

    I have 129 filters created out of 500 allowed. Last 3 to 4 months I have started getting so many spams in my spam folders that I can't ignore checking my spams as sometimes some genuine emails also end up in spams. Yesterday few filters I created and today from the same sender which contains the filtered word, I have 8 more spam emails. Please help me to improvise your filtering emails to really filter such emails to trash.

14. What's Gone Wrong?

    This New Yahoo Mail is the worst I have ever seen. Basic was perfect, elegant and functional. New Yahoo Mail is out of focus where once the imagery was sharp and focussed. The email headings are tuck away to one side. I have to manually reduce the size of each email because the only option I have is large! What's gone wrong?

15. Implmenting Some of the Actions of the Old Yahoo eMail.

    The New Yahoo eMail is HORRIBLE. 1) Make it so One can have all of their eMails that are already in the Inbox Read or UnRead in the Inbox, like before this New Garbage eMail came out, instead of having a separate Unread Box. 2) Make it so one can copy a portion the subject of the eMail without having to open the eMail up Like before this new implementation of the New eMail. 3) Allow one to have separate pages of 25 eMails like the Old eMail had so that one can check all the eMails and either Delete them all or uncheck the eMails that one does not want to delete. The New Yahoo eMail is HORRIBLE.Instead of making it better it is indescribably worse that the Old eMail which was good. Obviously some developer that does not know their Head from their ****, needed Brownie Points. The New Yahoo eMail is NOT USER FRIENDLY. Whoever allowed this GARBAGE To be implemented is as bad or worse than the developer. This HORRIBLE format should not have been forced on anyone. To me it is no big Deal that one has more storage.I would rather have the simplicity of the old eMail instead of this New Garbage. I am also not too happy about losing all my Drafts that i had before this forced change, as i had a lot of important information in my Draft Box. The New Yahoo eMail now is ONE BIG F-UP. If I did not have as many things in Yahoo as I do I would be using another eMail system.

16. The new yahoo is unusable

    Although this is not the only flaw, Yahoo CREATE is missing text size, and BOLD does not work. I want to return to the old Yahoo.

17. Provide a working option to delete ads

    I keep receiving ads from "MAE WILSON" with titles that include the words Senior and Health. I attempted to click in the box to delete one of these ads, and it 1) locked my computer, 2) set loud warning messages that the Ad had invoked a virus, 3) instructed me not turn my system off since it may results in identity theft, and 4) Call the number to remove the virus.

    I have no way to remove this or other emails from the sender and am concerned they all contain viruses that will lock my system. You did not detect this problem and sent the ad to me. What am I to do? I have no options to block this (or other ads).

    Even though I am using the free email, I should not be subjected to receiving ads with viruses that Yahoo allegedly filters.

    You need to provide a working option to delete ads.

20. Your Chat Bot isn't helpful, you allow predatory ads in inboxes, and your form has a character limit but doesn't display it

    I had a recent conversation with your chat bot where i asked repeatedly how to report a predatory/ scam ad that Yahoo Mail allowed to be displayed in my inbox, and every time I asked, it said it would provide me with instructions, and it did not. I can provide the transcript. It didn't give me any other useful resource for reporting the issue NOR did it provide me with alternatives to report how poorly the chat handled the conversation.

    It also said that there were no live agents available to assist, the only option i could find was the Yahoo+ subscription. General Yahoo users shouldn't have to pay an extra subscription price to report predatory ads. According to the FTC, If a business fails to remove fraudulent ads after being notified, they risk regulatory action. If you only give me one avenue to report a predatory/ scam ad (interacting with the ad and choosing to report it), you are not giving me an adequate opportunity to report the issue nor will you then be able to take action to remove the ad.

    At minimum, there needs to be an avenue to report a predatory/ scam ad within the Yahoo Help site.
