Storage impact
I’ve had this email since 2007, I was 12 years old when I got this email and I have things saved in my email since then. And you’re telling me that in 2025, now as a 30-year-old… I’m no longer allowed to keep that storage without paying for it?? So there’s no grandfathering in anything or anyone? You can improve your site by not banking off of people‘s memories. Disgraceful to say the LEAST.

Liberal news feeds
Ninety percent of news feeds are radical left wing content except for occasional Fox post. Either put fiftey fiftey posts or give us back the ability to block unwanted articles.Google gives that option. Also you block our posts for the same words that you allow news feeds to use. This is hypocritical.

Quicker clearing of inbox needed

Have: Settings > Manage Current Account > Add, Edit &/or Remove options for Name, Phone Number, Recovery Email, etc.

- Because people do change their phone numbers and because people now adays, use more than 1 phone;
- Because people do change their names (divorce, marriage, govt protection programs, sex change, etc, etc);
Because people do change their email addresses (carrier no longer exist - examples: Hotmail & Lycos) stalkers & being stalked; locked out of an email address for whatever reason, etc, etc.
Because people move and also people leave countries, go tonplaces with little or no Internet, etc etc +…

Verification code
Why don't you send a verification code when asked, I don't want to be even asked for one, but when you do say you are sending one it never arrives, I have to always ask at least twice

~Move selection boxes to right side of screen so dont have to reach all the time!
~For forwarding, put the EDIT divider back in to efficiently enable deletion of auto writing email closing; copy & paste
~Why is system often insisting to put a chara cter spa ce after some le tters!!!!
~How is it that every once in a while it duplicates a character string & inadvertently pastes it in somewhere back at the beginning of what I am typing? Then has to be deleted!

Delete messages
I liked the old yahoo, cause you can delete all the messages at once when your done reading them. I dont see where you can do that on the new one, please help if u can. Thank u

Please return my email presentation to its prior form. I dislike my mail automatically opening into a broad display which limits my ability to go back to the group sequence. This new format often makes it impossible to send a reply or identify some mail as spam. Also some mail comes back incomplete with portions becoming cut off and unreadable. Also please consider asking user preferences before unilaterally making sweeping changes without notice.

Yahoo deleted emails and says there is no customer service to contact ???
Lost all email because I upgraded my phone. No customer service. Just an AI chat that can’t help

Kicked me off service. I tell everyone not to use Yahoo
I use the app almost every day. I upgraded my phone so yahoo deleted every email. Said accessing app does not Count as logging in so too bad.
Horrible customer service. I tell everyone now Beware. Yahoo can delete all your mail even if you use the app every day
