I change my previous last name on a new one. but why i still see my last one on email

I changed my last name from goff to elisha. so why when i am sending my email i still see goff. can tyou please fix it.people do not know who is it. they know me as elisha.

    Delete from my account last name Goff. I do not want to be associated with this last name at all. I am Elisha now. It is confusing people.
