I used zhangmali@yahoo.ca about eighteen years ago, but have been using zhangmali54@yahoo.ca for 15 years.
Now here comes the problem. I used zhangmali@yahoo.ca to apply for an aircanada membership card, but I have never used it.
I will be traveling to the UK on March 17th. Air Canada discovered that I had applied for a membership card and had an Aeroplam number. However, because I registered using the zhangmali@yahoo.ca email address at that time, they sent me all the verification codes. Arrived at zhangmali@yahoo.ca.
And when I want to open this email, zhangmali54@yahoo.ca will automatically pop up, and I can’t see the message at all! I can't receive any flight information. If I use another email address to log in to Aeroplam, I must fill in my name and date of birth. This information will lead me back to the zhangmali@yahoo.ca account.
I called Air Canada 13 times, and it took me 7 hours, but no one answered. So I can only ask you to see if there are technicians who can help me restore the zhangmali@yahoo.ca email address.
