I've been using Yahoo! as my primary email service and as my online homepage since 1995 with never any security problems except for the occassional spam. Lately you've been making changes to the service that I have to adopt (for security reasons), even though, after having used your service in pretty much the same way for almost 20 years, the changes make it difficult for me as a user. For example, recently I IT WAS NECESSARY for me to change the password that I have been using all this time (no security issues encountered) to include capitals, numbers, etc. (Do you realize that it took me almost 2 months to remember that I had changed the password?) Perhaps I'm just not as smart as most people, but nineteen years of repetition is hard to forget for me to forget! So, every time I logged on for the first several weeks I was unable to access the site because I kept using my old password.

OK, I finally got it! And now, this morning, when I logged on I'm told that for security reasons I once again MUST change my password.

OK one more password change to accompany my moving to a new email service.
