I cannot prevent emails that I don't want from going into my "TO" file. In my master email address file one the right hand side of my screen only the email addresses I want are maintained. In the "TO" file on the left hand side of my screen every email I get that email address no matter how many times I get it gets stored. I have some email addresses in my "TO" file 3,4 and 5 times. How can I stop this from happening and how can I clean it out?????
