My idea is that I am going to another mail server! I ihave been fed up with the ***** up deal you do with your password ****!
I am done with your ridicules password setups! I have not been able to get back to my mail for days now. You saved the wrong phone numbers and refused my second account contact mail add. You leave no one to call for help and you rejected my passwords, that I was forced to change some time ago. I wrote them down I know what they are! You are a real piece of work rejecting all my efforts, passwords and hopes to open my own mail!!!

everything is in Yahoo and you make no way for me to get into my mail!? Or account! ********. I am leaving you! I cannot even get into my account to transfer my own info! I have to set up all over again in some other place. Thanks Yahoo!

Please, please don't go to Outlook. I just had a total meltdown on Yahoo myself....so I am right there with ya....but Micro Managing Microsoft....is THE ABSOLUTE WORST ABOUT PASSWORD ISSUES! And if you want to change it on your own terms...you have to wait 14 days to make any other changes to your account. Since Outlook is now under Microsoft, I just wanted to hopefully save you an even bigger headache!

I just tried to open my emails, folders, etc...and everything disappeared!!! I can't even pull up my archived files. There is no phone number to call and I think that stinks!! You people change and manipulate these files and then leave us no ability to retrieve them ourselves. I've tried your help pages and they don't cover this problem at all. Where did all my stuff go???? I need this stuff. I run a business and all of my files are on your Yahoo site. Give them back to me!!!!!!!!!

We were forced to change our password by you and now are unable to open our mail. You have no one to contact to help correct this situation. Have important things I have to, like a vacation rental and now unable to open to rely. This is so frustrating. How do we correct this problem!!!!!
