How can we improve Yahoo Tech?

ive been a member of yahoo since 2006 and the fact that you guys wont help people locked out of thier accounts is sad.

It is sad that you wont help consumers who are locked out their accounts. I have supported yahoo for a long time. You guys don't support us back. I was locked out my account by a child playing on my phone. and yet you guys tell me there is no way to retrieve my account unless using an old email. which I could never remember. I have so many memories stored in my account that I could never access again. it is sad that there is no help. the solutions is you guys actually talk or have a real tech support. I am disappointed but you as yahoo.com could probably care less about individuals. well thanks for not listening to the small guy. firefoxcylonejr@yahoo.com was my first ever email. and would still be if you guys cared. and I still stayed a supporter until today.
