I used to love using Yahoo! Travel. Now . . . ugh.
The Yahoo! Travel "upgrade" has the appearance of being poorly considered. It used to be simple and clear and a pleasure to use. I get it. You needed to fit dozens of ads on the page. I'll make no criticism of the site's revisions because of this. Ads pay the bills. But why make the site less useful. And why would you remove the rental car option? Or have you just hidden it? That truly seems like a nonsensical change. Now that the site is not easy to use, I won't be visiting again, so give my congratulations to your sales staff on landing all the ad revenue, but the chance that I'll be clicking on any of the ads is now zero.
