Where the **** is my ******** password?????
Where is your help support? I need to speak to someone from Yahoo about my technical issues and I don't mean post on some stupid ******* forumn to ask other people and spend hours sifting through other people questions and answers. This is ******** I have been. Yahoo user for almost 13 years now and am so angry I am about to delete both my accounts and switch. I need someone from Yahoo to contact me immediately to dicsuss my issues with my account. My ability to simply enter a password for my account has been taken and I am told I can only sign in by receiving texts and ebeterig the pin. I have a flip phone and don't always have it on me, it is illogical and ridiculous to require me to have my phone on me and go through a whole access key code process just to log into my account. There is no longer even the security questions option and my back up email i also Yahoo causing me o get stuck in an infinite loop of logging them both in and out to try and simply log into my email. I want to ve able to access my account with a password. End of story. Period. I don't want any of this text message verification *******. And the fact tjat you even have a "contact us" button is assinine considering you can't actually contact Yahoo for help but are forced to go to a help forumn. FYI that isn't contacting you at all! I hope someone from Yahoo reads this and gets in contact with me soon or that's it I am deleting every Yahoo account I have. I refuse to have all of my important email information on an account that I may just end up locked out of due to stupid ** logic of deleting the option to use a simple password

Hi Sarina did you get any help with this???!! I am assuming No. But it's worth a reach out bc I have hit dead ends everywhere as well. Now asking for 12.99 a month for me to change it
