New Webmail ignoring ReplyTo header
I operate a web hosting system and over 1,500 of my users have Yahoo! email addresses.
Forms on their websites direct enquiries to them. The forms are sent from a single email address (eg info@mydomain.com) but have the enquirer's email address in the ReplyTo header.
When my client replies to an enquiry, their reply should go to the email address specified in the ReplyTo header, not to my address (info@mydomain.com).
However, I've recently been receiving their replies instead of the intended recipients. This is only happening when the client is using Yahoo! mail, not any other provider, and didn't happen . I'm told by my clients that they are using a new version of your webmail system, and the issue seems to have started around the 21st of January. They also tell me that if they switch back to 'Classic' view on your webmail system then the same issue does not occur there.
