your email system is screwed up can't load emails or read and can't delete when you do it bounces back to inbox. this has been going on for several months now.

Please help me recover my account, it has so much important stuff on it for me to finish my school work on and I can't access it.. I no longer have Access to the phone number attached to this account bc my phone was broken while at work, I really need help, the EMAIL address is jessicalong79@yahoo.com and the phone number that was attached to it was 304-308-5254 but I need the phone number changed to my new one and my password changed, I could of sworn my password was ablconstruction2015
but it won't work, I'm begging for help so I can finish my work for school online -

This is how it is Yahoo! If you receive a request to change my password from any place but the designate pc that you already know about and if the request comes from any other country than the United States, you are to deny it! How friggin' hard is this! If my account gets hacked because your system has allowed it, it's YOUR FAULT!
