STOP MIRRORING MY DATA ILLEGALLY
Every time your company goes through a data migration due to a sale, acquisition, or breach (being hacked and forced to fix a mess created by internal or contact workers); customers like me - a paid account or not (mine is), you expose incidentally or purposefully my information to crooks nationally and internationally. The first instance of this happened as far back as the 1980's when I first set it up and received some strange unsolicited request. You need to find a more secure and better avenue that trying to do a parallel run of your changes in an attempt to voice cost built into doing a test module run vs a live production run of system wide updates. And even then, you don't have the right to use existing or new customer data in a test or training module. My data and accounts got modified even after closed one and migrated over to a new one - you let those ISP providers interfere and steal data from me. Offering free credit reports does not satisfy this issue - it is already a mandate annual provision. Get your act together.
You need to let your customers know when you plan on moving them from one email version and you need to NOT interfere with their settings and preferences. I got rid of a lot of junk messaging six years ago and your company in it's ineptness either misidentified items as span or allowed spam to be copied and sent through that had been gotten rid of. You also reinstated deleted items that I NEVER requested a reinstatement for at least twice. Stop storing my data in another data server and allowing some one to steal and then send out messages that don't allow me to unsubscribe from them, not you or anyone else has a right to do that to me.
