Omg I wrote today why it went from $19 to $34 and I continue to get the run around on verifying the product I’m asking about after having verified myself. It doesn’t have a name just an amount and the customer service has s being less than helpful. When did this company stopped knowing what customer service is?
They said if I want to make changes to advise but when I ask what options are there they repeat that. So I ask for confirmation that they are saying pay it or revert to free account and again I get the run around.
What the flip!?

Hey Yahoo, 1997 is calling. I think it is AOL calling.
I WILL NOT PAY $35 FOR eMAIL.
I have been a Yahoo email user since nearly day 1. You have now pushed me to move to gmail. -

I'd be willing to pay the $20 a year for ad free but WILL NOT continue if it's going to be $35.

I just read 7 posts and not a single positive entry. If that isn't a red flag what is? Site is extremely non user friendly, no option to chat even though you say available 24/7.

I managed to get pulled into the subscription by accident through an email. I only wanted more info, but was auto billed through a credit card on file. Service was of marginal benefit, but with raised (nearly double) prices customers will complain and cancel as I am. FYI still paying subscribers, they don't even give pro-rated refunds. PR is poor.

I am on SS and 80 years old and have been a long time customer of yours. Could I please get a break on the annual price.

Raising the annual from $19.99 to $34.99 is the height of absurd. Have you no shame?
