  6. How can I keep my email connected. Every other day I have to get it reset. Help

    I would like to know why my email doesn't stay connected to the server. Every other day I have to go and get it reset. This is very annoying as I am expecting some important emails. Please tell me how I can fix it or you can fix it without my going to AT&T to get it reset. This is very frustrating. Thank you.
