How have you failed to communicate on postponed games?
It's absurd given how often college games are postponed due to hurricanes or other events that you haven't stated ANYWHERE how the scoring/confidence is handled for those games. If the points picked for a postponed game are lost forever, then your pick'em system will lose all credibility, because you are no longer accurately reporting the picks for the year - and you have no information available so users can plan for this. Make no mistake, your pick'em system is unfair and therefore useless if it simply ignores lost points since you haven't bothered to place any information anywhere about how postponed games are handled.
The options seem to be A.) Retroactively move all users' picks for postponed games to the bottom points (1,2,3) and shift the remaining games to the nearest point values, or B.) Add the points later if the game is eventually played.
It's unfortunate that you haven't done anything to clarify how it will work, and it's unthinkable that you'd simply allow people who made picks in good faith to be hosed because you didn't address it at all.
