Allow cancellations after auto renewals
When you don't allow refunds under any circumstances it causes you to lose customers. Forever. You might have my money now, but you just lost a customer for a lifetime.

Same here I have tried to cancel multiple years and they always can't seem to find the cancellation. They are crooks that won't even allow you to talk to them in person refusing to give a phone number to talk to an individual.
Lost a customer and will make sure no one I know signs up.

Agree 100%! I thought I cancelled at some point but see a new annual subscription charge effective 4/5
and just tried to cancel and they won't let me until next year. This is a horrible way to do business!
