Please send a notification via email that a persons subscription is renewing and not just charge there credit cards when it’s due.
I was on a chat to cancel my Rivals subscription and I was told that it would not be possible because it had already renewed. I don’t want to for this year or any other after being treated with disrespect for not honoring my request for credit back to my card.
