Since hurricane came through and i have to use my wifes computer to watch (my computer crashed) I cant get help fixing issue.
a phone number to speak with a human. I paid for years subscription and the hurricane crashed my computer so I am using wife laptop and cant sign in. it wants me to pay to get help. that isn't right. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I do believe it is a right to have support with issues like this when the service has been paid for without making customer pay to get help in this type of matter.
