Make it easy to reactivate account if it has lapsed. I have spent the last 30 minutes plus trying to get my inbox reactivated. Useless.
Make it easy to reactivate account if it has lapsed. I have spent the last 30 minutes plus trying to get my inbox reactivated and searching the Help topics. Doesn't make Yahoo attractive to less technologically adept people.
