Delete the "Stars Celebrate Memorial Day" photo feature, It's VERY thoughtless !
think Yahoo needs to eliminate their " Stars Celebrating Memorial Day" photo feature. Its a slap in the face of all fallen veterans and their family members that think Memorial Day is a day the country is thinking of our Hero's that died while volunteering to serve in our country's military. This is not a day to "celebrate" let alone show photos of celebrities & some so called one's nobody's heard of write stupid comments with their photos. Like January Jone's lame comment "Happy Memorial Day wknd USA" does that sound like she actually knows what Memorial Day is, seriously? On Memorial Day my sister spent the day like all Gold Star Mom's and families at their National Cemetary mourning the loss of a child, dad, mom, brother or sister that signed a contract and volunteered to serve in our military with a 50/50 chance they could be killed. My 3 nephews and son all signed that same contract, unfortunately my sister's son did not come home, he was killed in action 1 week after his 19th birthday. So perhaps Yahoo should abandon this feature because its simply insulting and I would think the majority of Americans could care less how celebrities celebrate pretty much anything let alone a day we mourn our fallen heroes!
