How can we make Pro Football Pick'em better?

Player Ranking doesn't make sense

We've just finished the first game in the first week of our 2024 Pick'em pool and all 17 of our players chose the same winner.... Chiefs over Ravens.... why are there 5 players ranked #1 and the rest of the players tied at #6?? This doesn't make sense!!
