Yahoo CAN NOT be TRUSTED Anymore!!!
If we want even semi, but still awful, emails we have to have you reading and who knows what else with our personal stuff so you can" summarize" it . I HATE AI, do not want it anywhere near me! Are you reporting to the felon and the space cadet? Not yet, what will stop you if they can access the AI? YOU CAN NOT BE TRUSTED ANYMORE!!!!

I did not know I had so many messages until I went back to the classic look. I would have missed important information if I would have stayed in the new look. There was no notification that it was filtering out emails. It was not until I changed back for another reason (not able to display full email address when sending emails) that I found out there were a bunch of other emails that were hidden from me.

Is there a way to completely remove the Yahoo AI features?

I switched back to the old version of Yahoo because the new one insists on using AI and I hate it. I find AI repetitive and unnecessary and it takes up a lot of room in my inbox. The old version has a lot of bugs if you're going to offer it at least fix the bugs. I tried to send something that inadvertently went into my trash back to my inbox and it doesn't go back. It appears I can no longer highlight any copy or make anything bold underlined or in a different color.

For the sweet love of god please get rid of the stupid AI summaries at the top of emails in the new design. Why the **** would you even do that?

In basic mail, let me use the delete key to delete emails in the list and in message view. Let me use the escape key to close an email I have opened. These are features I used regularly in the old email interface.
These work in the new "standard" view, but I can't stand the new "standard" interface. I can't get rid of the AI message summaries and it's just ugly and wastes space.

Hi there! We appreciate your feedback! Fortunately, we have great news for our members. While we cannot provide an exact time frame, the ability to disable AI summaries will soon be available!
