I agree. As of yesterday, I can no longer access Yahoo Mail which has been my primary email account since 2002,
When I try to open it, I get a page exhorting me to update my browser. There are 3 icons on the page. One is to upgrade my Chrome browser, one to upgrade Firefox, and one to continue to use Yahoo classic mail. NONE OF THEM WORK, SO I AM TOTALLY UNABLE TO ACCESS MY MAIL.
I have spent literally hours trying to get help from Yahoo on line; but I can find no way of initiating direct contacr (as I have used in the past.) My problem does not fit into any of the (literally) thousands of self help pages.
To whom do I turn for help; and how?
